Shirley delegated as many responsibilities as she could. The biggest part of this is setting up sponsorships and getting the info out to our alumnists. The tournament looks pretty good. No shotgun start, so we will be teeing off every 8 minutes. If we have 64 entries than the last group should go off at 12pm (we'll start at 10am, with registration/meet & greet at 8:30am). We talked about adult barrells and beverages at the turn, and also some hot dogs. There will be finger foods in the dining area after the round, where we can get a chance to mingle and indulge. Probably going to have raflles, closest to pin, longest drive, ect. should be nice. Cost is most likely going to be around $75 per entry. I hope I spelled everything alright John, sorry no prizes for most errant putts so try and keep the ball from wandering too far outside the established limits.
